Use our Communications Report form to report any issues with public safety communications. This can include almost any issue, whether its; software, hardware, policy or equipment. Users can log in and create a thread on any communications issue. This will allow you to resolve issues by keeping good documentation and follow-up.
Once an issue has been submitted the system tracks it and allows users to reply as the issue is resolved. Features include; relpy to thread, closing of thread, or deleting thread. Some features require special permissions. These are all handled through the administration page by a system administrator. All threads are time stamped with the user name and date and time.
