If you are asked to connect to our support team PC, just click on the link below. It will install a temporary file onto your hard drive. Once we finish our support session the files will be deleted.
This will allow us to show you our desk to and will also allow you (if you agree) to show us your desk top. Many time when you have an issue, it might be good for us to see what is going on on your end.

Once you click on the link a small program will be installed. A dialog box will pop up and it will provide you with an ID and password. Provide us the ID and password and it will allow us to join into a support session.
