Under the vehicle checks, are these fields changeable to where you add or delete more information?

The daily, weekly and monthly checks are all customizable. You can create different checkouts for different apparatus types, say engine or truck… or whatever.
 
 
When you create the checkouts (daily,weekly, monthly) if a deficiency is found the system will automatically create an apparatus repair ticket (if you set it to do so). You can also have the system send notices to folks on your different committees. So, say a problem is found on a portable radio and your agency has a communications committee. Our system will send the folks on that committee a notice. All these features can be set when you create your daily, weekly or monthly. Very powerful.
