Q: If a user logs into the site and chooses "edit profile" and then selects edit/add emergency call back phone, is that connected to our skill sets numbers list?
We are finally going to utilize this skill sets for mass texting and I want to be able to tell people how they can add their numbers by themselves.
Or does the admin have to do it by pressing the phone icon under edit users. This is the way I've been doing it, but I saw this option and was wondering if the 2 are connected.
A: User can login and update their Emergency Call Back (cell phone). This number is used for all texting applications in FireAdmin (apparatus maintenance, texting, emergency call back, etc.).
An administrator can also update a users cell number as well. Just go to the admin page and click on the edit cell phone icon.
